Shipping Policy
We do not ship items for hire. Our shipping and returns policy applies only to our 'gifts' available for purchase.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Shipping on all orders over $70 is FREE for orders within Australia.
Shipping on all orders under $70 is a flat rate of $10 for orders within Australia.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier using standard shipping.
We ship world wide. International shipping charged at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that your destination may have taxes and/or duties for goods shipped to you. These charges are the full responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or returned by Bear & Miakat. Please contact your local postal service if you have any queries on additional charges into your country.
Bear & Miakat are not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Bear & Miakat.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please check your order immediately upon delivery and notify us at hello@bearandmiakat.com.au if there are any issues.
All faulty and/or damaged stock will be replaced or refunded. We may request images of damaged goods.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply;
– Email us to advise at hello@bearandmiakat.com.au
– Return the item in original condition to Bear & Miakat, PO Box ... (at your cost) and we will refund your order value in full.
Refunds will be processed back to the same method in which the order was paid.
N.B – Any returned items must be in original condition with no missing items
